宗旨

  • 通过音乐和舞蹈让学生体会华文歌曲的魅力,感受华文的美,激发他们对学习华文华语的兴趣。

比赛主题:

今年的比赛主题是“正能量”。我们希望参赛队伍通过舞蹈分享他们的“正能量”故事,在编舞中诠释他们对正能量的理解。

所有符合比赛资格的参赛者将会获得参赛证书。
所有参赛者将在比赛后受邀参与录制本届主题曲的音乐舞蹈视频。

All qualified participants of Chinese Street Dance Competition will receive a certificate of participation.

In addition, all participants will also be invited to participate in the filming of the official theme song dance video after the competition has ended.

比赛规则
RULES & REGULATIONS

1. 报名

  • 1.1 所有队员须就读于新加坡政府中学、高中或初级学院,并选修华文作为母语科目。免修华文的高中和初级学院学生须在中学阶段修读高级华文。
  • 1.2 参赛队伍须由至少5名队员组成,最多不超过12名。所有参赛者必须是新加坡公民或永久居民。
  • 1.3 参赛者必须来自同一所学校。每名参赛者只能参加一支队伍。
  • 1.4 参赛队伍报名前须征得学校同意。

2. 比赛主题和音乐

  • 2.1 今年的比赛主题是“正能量”。参赛队伍必须以本届比赛主题曲《让这热度再上升》作为主要编舞歌曲。参赛队伍可将主题曲进行混音编辑、重新排列, 但指定主题曲必须占最终音乐长度的30%以上。(例如:如果音乐总时长是90秒,主题曲必须占至少27秒)。
  • 2.2 除了主题曲,参赛队伍也可搭配其他华文歌曲,但必须使用含有华文歌词的片段。

4. 提交报名表格及视频

  • 4.1 所有参赛队伍必须在2026年4月17日23时59分之前上网提交报名表格。
  • 4.2 报名表格必须填写所有组员资料,使用的歌曲名称和歌手,以及舞蹈作品的名称和简介。
  • 4.3 除了报名表格外,队伍还 必须提交一段展示舞蹈编排的舞蹈视频,视频中的舞蹈必须体现比赛主题“正能量”。
  • 4.4 舞蹈视频要求:
    • •舞蹈时长:90至100秒
    • •一镜到底拍摄,不得剪辑
  • 4.5 参赛队伍 可选择提交一段额外的自我介绍视频,以鼓励学生多使用华语并获得加分奖励。视频中每位组员需进行自我介绍,并简要说明他们对主题或舞蹈中传达的“正能量”的理解,或分享一首与主题相关的华语歌曲、节目或语句。参赛队伍只要提交视频并完成要求,即可在预赛中获得10分加分。
  • 4.6 所有报名表格和视频必须于2026年4月17日23:59前发送至 contactus@cstreetdance.sg
  • 4.7 所有入围决赛的队伍最迟将在2026年4月24日接获电邮通知。

5. 线上投票 – 最佳人气奖

  • 5.1 入围决赛队伍的视频将通过官网开放投票。
  • 5.2 获得最高票数的队伍将荣获最佳人气奖。
  • 5.3 线上投票时间为2026年5月4日至2026年5月8日。用户每日能为最喜爱的3支队伍投票。
  • 5.4 获奖队伍将在决赛当天公布。

6. 现场表演

  • 6.1 决赛于2026年5月23日举行。舞台走位于决赛当天进行。
  • 6.2 所有参赛队伍必须现场表演90至100秒的舞蹈编排。
  • 6.3 参赛成员的变更或替换:队伍成员不可随意替换。如有不得已的特殊情况需要替换队伍成员,必须立即通知主办方,获批准后方可替换。
  • 6.4 参赛队伍须自行负担服装、发型、化妆等演出开销。参赛者应确保穿着得体。如有任何疑问,可提前将服装照片发送给主办方审核批准。
  • 6.5 进入决赛的队伍必须在决赛两周前将比赛歌曲以MP3格式发送给主办方。
  • 6.6 表演时允许使用道具,但必须事先告知主办方并征得批准。表演中不允许使用液体、烟火、尖锐物体等作为道具。
  • 6.7 表演不得含有粗俗、淫秽、冒犯性的内容、语言或动作,也不可涉及宗教、政治与其他敏感内容。
  • 6.8 参赛队伍在决赛当天抽签决定出场次序。
  • 6.9 决赛当天,缺席或迟到的队伍将被取消参赛资格。

7. 评分标准

比赛由主办方指定的评审团评分。评审团的决定为最终决定。评审标准和分数分配如下:

7.2 加分项目:为了鼓励学生更多使用华语,我们设计了以下新的加分项目:

8. 主题曲音乐视频

  • 8.1 所有符合比赛资格的参赛者都可以报名参与本届比赛主题曲的音乐舞蹈视频录制。
  • 8.2 有兴趣参与录制的参赛者必须参与以下的活动:
    • 主题曲舞蹈工作坊:5月29日,下午3时至5时
    • 音乐舞蹈视频录制:6月2日,上午9时至下午5时

9. 其他规则

  • 9.1 每位参赛者在报名参赛的同时,即代表其已确认自己身体健康状况能够满足比赛要求。
  • 9.2 比赛期间,参赛者须遵守主办单位的指示和要求。
  • 9.3 主办单位拥有在活动期间拍摄的照片或影片的所有权,并可将其用于主办单位的营销和出版材料。
  • 9.4 主办方可能会收集和使用参赛者个人信息。
  • 9.5 主办方有权更改比赛时间和地点。
  • 9.6 除因主办方疏忽造成的伤害外,主办方无须对参赛者的损失或伤害承担责任。
  • 9.7 主办方无须承担参赛者的任何费用。
  • 9.8 主办方有权在未提前通知的情况下修改比赛规则和条款。
  • 9.9 参赛者报名即视为同意接收主办方发送的活动讯息。
  • 9.10 上述规则均受新加坡法律约束。

1. Eligibility

  • 1.1 Open to all Secondary, MI and JC students studying Chinese as Mother Tongue Language. For JCs and MI, students who are exempted from taking Chinese must have studied Higher Chinese in secondary school.
  • 1.2 Team may consist of 5 (minimum) to 12 (maximum) members. Team members must be Singaporean/PR.
  • 1.3 All team members must be from the same school. Each individual may only participate in one team.
  • 1.4 All teams must seek approval from their school before participating in the Competition.

2. Competition Theme and Music

  • 2.1 This year's competition theme is 'Positivity'. Participating teams must use the official competition theme song 'Let the Heat Rise’ as the primary track for their choreography. Teams may remix or rearrange the theme song, but the designated theme song must account for at least 30% of the final music length (e.g., 27 seconds out of 90 seconds).
  • 2.2 In addition to the theme song, participating teams may also use other Chinese songs, but they must incorporate segments with Chinese lyrics.

4. Registration Form and Video Submission

  • 4.1 All participating teams must complete and submit the online registration form and dance video by 17 April 2026, 23:59.
  • 4.2 The registration form must include the details of all team members, the title and artist of the song used, as well as the title and a short write-up of the dance performance.
  • 4.3 The dance video must showcase the dance choreography and portray the competition theme of 'Positivity’. The dance video is mandatory.
  • 4.4 Requirements for the dance video:
    • •Duration: Between 90 and 100 seconds
    • •Format: One continuous, unedited one-take video showcasing the choreography.
  • 4.5 Participating teams may choose to submit an additional self-introduction video to encourage students to use more Chinese and earn bonus points. In the video, each team member should introduce themselves and briefly explain their interpretation of the theme or the type of 'positive energy' they aim to convey through their dance. They may also share a Chinese song, show, or phrase that represents the theme. The team will earn 10 bonus points for the preliminary round if they submit the video and fulfil the requirements.
  • 4.6 All registration forms and videos must be emailed to contactus@cstreetdance.sg by 17 April 2026, 23:59 hrs.
  • 4.7 All finalists will be notified via email by 24 April 2026.

5. Online Voting – Most Popular Team Award

  • 5.1 The videos of the finalist teams will be available for voting on the official website.
  • 5.2 The team with the highest number of votes will receive the Most Popular Team Award.
  • 5.3 The online voting period will take place from 4 May 2026 to 8 May 2026. Users can vote for their top 3 favourite teams each day.
  • 5.4 The winning team will be announced on the day of the final.

6. Final

  • 6.1 The final will be held on 23 May 2026. The stage blocking will take place on the day of the final.
  • 6.2 All participating teams must perform a 90 to 100-second dance choreography live on stage.
  • 6.3 Team members cannot be replaced. If a replacement is necessary due to circumstances beyond control, the Organisers must be immediately notified for approval.
  • 6.4 Teams are responsible for their own expenses (costumes, hair, makeup). Participants must be appropriately dressed. Costume photos can be sent for review if in doubt.
  • 6.5 Finalists must send the competition song in MP3 format to the Organisers at least two weeks prior to the final.
  • 6.6 Props are allowed with prior approval. Hazardous items (liquids, fireworks, sharp objects) are prohibited.
  • 6.7 Performances must not contain vulgar, obscene, offensive, religious, political, or sensitive content.
  • 6.8 Performance order will be determined by a draw on the event day.
  • 6.9 Late or absent teams will be disqualified.

7. Judging Criteria

The panel's decision is final. The judging criteria and score distribution are as follows:

7.2 Bonus Items: To encourage students to use more Chinese, we have designed the following new bonus items:

Final Before the dance, each team member introduces themselves and briefly explains their interpretation of the theme/positive energy, or shares a Chinese song/show/phrase representing the theme. 10 points
Final Teams must present an original Chinese team cheer consisting of 20 to 30 characters. All team members must perform the cheer together. 10 points

 

8. Theme Song Music Video

  • 8.1 All eligible participants may register to participate in the filming of this year’s theme song music video.
  • 8.2 Participants interested in joining must attend the following:
    • Theme Song Dance Workshop – 29 May 2026, 3pm – 5pm
    • Music Video Filming – 2 June 2026, 9am – 5pm

9. General Terms & Conditions

  • 9.1 Participants warrant they are physically and medically fit to participate.
  • 9.2 Participants agree to comply with all instructions from the Organisers.
  • 9.3 Organisers may use photographs or films for marketing without further consent.
  • 9.4 Personal information may be collected and shared for administration purposes.
  • 9.5 Organisers reserve the right to change time and venue without notice.
  • 9.6 Organisers are not liable for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by gross negligence.
  • 9.7 Organisers are not responsible for participant expenditures.
  • 9.8 Rules and regulations may be amended without prior notice.
  • 9.9 Signing up implies agreement to receive promotional emails.
  • 9.10 Terms governed by the laws of Singapore.
